Cheryl King

Cheryl King is chief financial officer (CFO) for prIME Oncology. She has over 25 years of financial and executive management experience serving large, public companies, as well as private, venture-backed growth companies. She has extensive experience in raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning, and process improvements in operations and finance. Prior to joining Wireless Physics, she was a partner with Tatum LLC, where she was engaged as CFO for several early-stage technology companies, including iKobo, Digital Blue, and Alogent. She previously served as senior vice president and CFO of the card services division of First Data, a $5 billion financial services and payments company. While at First Data, Ms King directed the financial process for the initial public offering when the company was spun off from American Express Company. Her background includes seven years of public accounting experience with Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche. She is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs, and is an executive board member of GlobalEXECWomen. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University.
